Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
  • Architect and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily on AWS, with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee system health through proactive monitoring and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on infrastructure design, configuration management, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration using Kubernetes, and automation tools to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with the Group Infrastructure Team to manage hybrid cloud and data center integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and security best practices through regular audits, updates, and documentation.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
  • 10-15 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, including hands-on experience with deployment, monitoring, and automation.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, and load balancers.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor negotiations.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
