Their revolutionary new product helps customers achieve their net-zero climate goals by reducing heating energy consumption in both new and existing buildings. They are currently looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team of experts.

Your Responsibilities as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer:

• Take responsibility for the technical operation of our cloud and IoT infrastructure.
• Ensure the scalability of our infrastructure and provide sufficient redundancy for critical systems.
• Guarantee a stable backup strategy, including disaster recovery and reliable restoration.
• Identify appropriate preventive maintenance measures to avoid failures of IoT components, such as LoRaWAN gateways.
• Implement measures to ensure data protection and security.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, mobile, and hardware developers, designers, domain experts, and algorithm specialists to develop the best possible solution for the product and customers.

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in professional B2B software development.
• Experience in the C#.NET environment.
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code / Config-as-Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Solid experience with CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with IoT, M2M mobile communication, and ideally, experience with LoRaWAN.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of patterns for resilience, elasticity, and responsiveness.
