AWS Textract Developer / Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AWS Textract Developer to join our team and contribute to document automation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS Textract and related AWS services, and will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining automated document processing pipelines using AWS cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using AWS Textract to extract structured data from documents (PDFs, images, etc.).
Build and maintain serverless workflows using services such as AWS Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.
Integrate Textract with other services like SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition, or external APIs for NLP/ML-based post-processing.
Optimize Textract accuracy by preprocessing documents and using form/table analysis features.
Implement secure document handling using IAM roles/policies, encryption, and S3 bucket policies.
Monitor and log pipelines using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and setup alerts for failures.
Create POCs and support clients in evaluating AWS Textract for their document processing use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Owners.
Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with AWS Textract (Forms and Tables extraction).
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for AWS Lambda.
Good knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, CloudWatch.
Experience with OCR, document parsing, and data validation techniques.
Familiarity with REST APIs, and JSON/XML data formats.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
