Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Cloud Engineer- Level 2- GCP for an end client requirement. The Cloud Engineer will be primarily focused on Google Cloud Platform based applications and related integrations to SAP ERP, and will be responsible for: working on small to large complex IT projects providing technical knowledge to enable business processes and designing, implementing and optimizing cloud architectures and associated support duties; and maintaining a high level of competency regarding the configuration of Google Cloud Platform by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging best practices.

Job Duties Include

• Designing, prototyping, implementing, supporting, and optimizing Google Cloud Platform applications and related business processes in Cintas
• Documenting technical specifications implemented as per GCP best practices
• Providing technical guidance on oversight on project development efforts
• Learning new skills in Cloud computing and IoT space
• Mentoring and guiding junior resources
• Performing testing based on business requirement understanding
  
  

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, development and deployment of Cloud based applications
• Minimum 1 year of development experience on front-end web technologies
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with the implementation and support of cloud solutions
