Responsibilities

• As part of our international and agile team, you will work on the design and implementation of Java-based, cloud-native microservice architectures, based on Kubernetes.
• You will use your know-how in the cloud environment for international projects to develop state-of-the-art solutions for our industry clients.
• Together with a team, you drive the development, and you will be responsible to set up and maintain the cloud infrastructure (DevOps).
• The development work will be done with modern open-source frameworks, tools, and paradigms like AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, GitHub, Terraform, and Quarkus

Qualifications

• Successfully completed University studies (Bachelor or Master Degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or comparable courses of study
• You have good know-how and 2+ years of experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Platform and Hosting: AWS -> EKS, RDS, MSK, Redis, EC2, Secret Manager
• Certifications: AWS Practitioner at least
• Methodology: Agile setup
• Project management tools: Jira, Confluence
• You understand customer centricity as an important success factor
• High analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication skills English round off your profile - German is a plus, but not mandatory
• Openness to a hybrid way of working. We work in the Katowice office once every week.
