Role: Cloud Operations manager

Location: Indore

Exp Range: 8 - 12 Yrs

Skill Required:

1. Lead project management efforts, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
3. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning and development.

Must Have:

1. Good working experience on cloud projects-both private and public clouds
2. Knowledge on cloud SLA’s and SLA based delivery mechanism
3. Good technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure components viz. compute, network, security
4. Good experience in preparing cloud operations report based on incidents, events and downtime management
5. Create detailed RCA documents
6. Create and mange run books, SOP’s on cloud operations
