In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on the AWS and DataBricks platforms. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of cloud services, contributing to the overall cloud strategy of the organization.

We will count on you to:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and services, focusing on AWS.
- Collaborate with development teams to create and deploy cloud-native applications.
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Automate deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, providing support to internal teams and clients.
- Document cloud architecture, processes, and procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution for cloud services.
What you need to have:
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, with a strong focus on AWS and good knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Administrator) are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, AWS and Azure CLI, or similar tools.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Proficiency in Romanian and English
