What You Will Do

Your responsibilities as a Senior Cloud Developer & Architect will include :

Technical Focus

• Planning, design, and development of new products, particularly cloud-native solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Extension of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 through add-ons.
• Data modeling, data analysis, as well as migration and transformation of data.
• Utilization of DevOps and CI/CD with Microsoft Azure.
  
  

Leadership And Mentoring Function

• Support and guidance of Juniors and Support Engineers.
• Taking on tasks in a consulting role (e.g, in the design and conception of AI solutions).
  
  

Additional Skills

• Further development of agile methods and project processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of testing and quality assurance processes.
  
  

Support For Operations

• Support in 3rd-level support and responsibility for your own products after market maturity.
• In summary, a mix of development expertise with a hands-on focus, solution architect, and mentor, who is active both conceptually and operationally.
  
  

What Sets You Apart For The Job

What distinguishes you as a Senior Cloud Developer & Architect :

• A completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree.
• Many years of experience (minimum 6 years) in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and/or cloud environments.
• Experience in the realization of solutions in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (ideally as an employee of a Microsoft Partner or a comparable provider of solutions).
• Proven knowledge of C#, JSON/XML, SQL, Web Services (REST), Azure CI/CD, as well as experience in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and well-known frameworks (React.js advantageous).
• Enthusiasm for actively developing yourself and discovering new technologies.
• Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in an SME or a similar, practice-oriented environment, resilience, and the willingness to take responsibility even under time and performance pressure.
• Good understanding of DevOps processes and deployment mechanisms in Azure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
