Job Description:
The Cloud Crypto Architect will lead the design and deployment of cryptographic and data protection solutions in cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in cryptographic principles, secure key management, and integration with cloud-native tools. The architect will prototype, and build Terraform and GitHub modules for managing keys, certificates, and certificate authorities; define service control policies; support service certification processes; and validate cloud infrastructure against data protection standards. Additional responsibilities include building custom tools, supporting key exchange between cloud providers and customers, developing technical documentation, and contributing to audit readiness.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and secure key management
• Familiarity with key exchange protocols and handling cryptographic assets
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of cloud key management solutions (e.g., AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, GCP KMS)
• Understanding of service control policies and compliance processes

• Experience supporting service certifications or audits
• Strong technical documentation and playbook development skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and compliance
