About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions and leading enterprise-grade cloud migration and modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures using AWS and GCP.
• Lead cloud transformation initiatives including cloud migration, re-platforming, and modernization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Development to define cloud architecture best practices.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and deployment blueprints.
• Evaluate new cloud products and services and make recommendations for implementation.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across all cloud deployments.
• Guide development teams in cloud-native development and automation.
• Provide technical leadership in project planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Optimize cost, performance, and security of cloud environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and architects within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 11+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years in cloud architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS and GCP – including core services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Run, etc.
• Proven experience designing and deploying cloud solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, identity & access management, and network architecture.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python, Bash, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and serverless architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
