Your Role

Your role and responsibilities

As an Architect, you'll be a key contributor in designing, developing, testing, and supporting architectural solutions that empower clients on their hybrid cloud and AI journeys. You'll work with the latest technologies to build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, security, and networking, in an agile, project-driven environment.
  • Lead the execution of proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
  • Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing architectural strategies and practices.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define and align implementation strategies and roadmaps.
  • Identify potential risks and define mitigation strategies, supporting their implementation.
  • Drive the development and improvement of processes, procedures, and best practices for technical excellence.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new methodologies and technologies.
  • Engage in technical reviews and discussions to foster innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, including services such as IAM, VPC, S3, and CloudTrail.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, including its security features, network policies, secret management, and RBAC.
  • Proficiency with Docker and containerization technologies, including
  • Docker Compose and Kubernetes integration.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible and Packer.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of artifact management solutions like Artifactory.
  • Understanding of code quality and security analysis tools like Sonarqube.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Familiarity with different cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with additional configuration management tools.
  • Prior experience in mentoring junior architects or leading technical teams.
  • Actively contribute to IT communities, sharing knowledge, and driving technical excellence.
  • Certifications related to cloud platforms and security are a plus.
  • Experience delivering proof-of-concept assignments and supporting execution with GitPod.
  • Familiarity with GitPod and its integration into development workflows.
  • Monthly salary for this position is from 5100 EUR gross to 6700 EUR gross*.
  • The final offer will be dependent on qualifications, professional experience and competencies.
