We're seeking an experienced AWS Developer to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions. This is a key role for someone with strong hands-on expertise in AWS and a passion for building secure, scalable architectures using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement AWS-based solutions using serverless and containerized services.
• Drive technical design and hands-on development using AWS best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reliable, high-performing, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
• Ensure alignment with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and security standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu.
• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of architecture and development experience on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Serverless API development
• Serverless batch processing (ECS, Fargate)
• AWS RDS (Aurora/PostgreSQL)
• AWS NoSQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB)
• Must reside in or be open to relocating to Plano, TX.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
• Proficiency in:
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, JFrog, XLRelease)
• Full-stack development (Node.js, React.js, Angular)
• CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps processes
• Experience in cost estimation, optimization, and TCO analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
