Ko tō tūranga – your role

As the Cloud Applications DevOps Engineer your role is to be accountable across Cloud BSS, NaaS, xVNE and Matrixx platforms, to ensure high quality customer and stakeholder outcomes and service, best practises are applied, through great teamwork, collaboration and self-learning and development.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to meet One NZ operational NaaS, xVNE and Matrixx requirements.
• Ensure Incident resolution achieved within operational SLA targets including providing support to NOC and carrying out repeat fault root cause analysis.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rosters as required.
• Ensure NaaS and xVNE platform integrity is maintained through efficient management of a maintenance program.
• Develop cloud-based software solutions on the in-scope applications to enhance and maintain the applications.
• Implement and maintain DevOps tooling to support the in-scope applications.
• Perform acceptance testing on any new software or hardware before implementation into customer service to maintain optimal media technology integrity.
