Overview The Telos Project is a nonprofit public benefit corporation whose ongoing aim is removing barriers to therapeutic, mental health and community services in the state of Texas. Our ultimate objective is to reduce individual psychological turmoil and empower the communities we serve. The Telos Project is looking for a Full-Time, fully licensed, psychologist, psychological associate, LPC or LCSW with psychological assessment experience to join us in the Fort Worth area to provide psychological testing to people of all ages. Qualifying candidates must have completed their training, be fully licensed to practice in the state of Texas, and have a minimum of two year’s experience providing psychological assessment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to those of all ages. Implement behavior management strategies tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. Score testing as needed Write testing reports Complete all necessary notes. Requirements Doctorate or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Experience in psychological assessments Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
