Job Type: Contract/40hrs week

What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Global Medical Affairs team, you will play a critical role in supporting operational and program coordination functions. Your efforts will help ensure the smooth execution of strategic initiatives that enable access to innovative therapies for patients worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing contracts and vendor relationships, including SOW tracking, invoice review, and payment processing
- Supporting budget oversight, financial reconciliation, and coordination with accounting teams
- Creating and maintaining regular reports and dashboards for cross-functional updates
- Coordinating global EAP Committee meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking
- Organizing documents across platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Supporting Fair Market Value (FMV) evaluations and data organization for new IITs
Who You Are:
You bring a strong mix of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. You’re a natural organizer who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and working with global stakeholders.
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Clinical Research within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Proven success in a global or cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and project coordination skills
