• You develop and initiate the local study country strategy, leading activities that align with study timelines.
• You manage local study performance ensuring compliance with planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• You collaborate in preparing the local study budget, ensuring cost optimization and management throughout the study.
• You facilitate effective communication among local parties, aligning on common goals and strategies for the clinical trial.
• You maintain compliance and quality throughout the study, overseeing data quality and safety for participants.
• You represent your Clinical Study Unit (CSU) at Core Study Team meetings, communicating progress and issues effectively.
• You proactively escalate any discrepancies in performance and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, biochemistry, or a related natural science.
• You have mandatory experience in clinical research, alongside project management and time spent as a field monitor or site-coordinator.
• You possess strong project management skills.
• You excel in problem-solving and risk-management within clinical study settings.
• You are skilled in data analysis and the use of digital tools and platforms.
• You demonstrate change management capabilities.
• You exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering trustful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English and the local language (French & Dutch).
