Your mission

As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will provide on-site support to our project managers in our Münster office. You will help with the implementation of global clinical drug trials of phases I-IV.

Your Tasks

• You will support project management in many areas and phases of a clinical trial.
• Well prepared, you will take care of essential documents for conducting a clinical trial.
• You will compile and monitor current study information in electronic systems.
• You will support the submission of studies to authorities and ethics committees.
• You are communicative and enjoy corresponding with trial centers (medical practices and clinics).
• You will take the lead and responsibility for the Trial Master File, the central document repository of a clinical trial.
• You will organize and participate in internal and external meetings and telephone conferences. You will also be responsible for preparing meeting minutes in German or English.
• You will support the financial controlling of clinical trials.
• You enjoy working with international study teams.
  
  

Your profile

• Training in a biological, pharmaceutical or medical environment or as an office management assistant, tourism management assistant, foreign language correspondent, etc.
• First professional experience or previous knowledge in clinical research is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English
• Confident knowledge of Windows Office programs
• Independent and solution-oriented work
• Very good organizational skills and time management
• High motivation, flexibility and willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
