We are recruiting a number of Clinical Support Representatives across Australia for one of our key clients in Orthopaedics.

As an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting surgeons and clinical staff in the operating theatre during orthopaedic procedures.

This position requires a combination of clinical knowledge, technical understanding of orthopaedic implants and instruments, and excellent interpersonal skills to provide hands-on support, training, and education to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intra-operative clinical support to surgeons and theatre teams during orthopaedic surgeries.
• Educate and train clinical staff on the use and application of orthopaedic products and surgical techniques.
• Build strong relationships with hospital personnel, including orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and procurement staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues in the theatre to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Maintain expert knowledge of product portfolio, surgical techniques, and competitive landscape.

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Allied Health or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath), ideally in a clinical support role.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and work flexible hours based on surgical schedules.
