What You'll Do

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering direct services
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to ACES’ mission

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA or related field
• Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs)
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
