Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Clinical SAS Trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive SAS training to aspiring clinical data professionals, statisticians, and SAS programmers. The trainer should possess extensive knowledge of clinical data management, CDISC standards, SDTM, ADaM, and TLF generation, and be able to effectively convey complex concepts to learners at various levels.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and deliver structured training programs in Clinical SAS focusing on data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.


Provide training on CDISC standards, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF (Tables, Listings, Figures) generation.


Share real-world examples and case studies from CRO projects to demonstrate SAS applications.


Customize training content based on the target audience (beginners, intermediate, or advanced).


Monitor the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.


Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in SAS software.


Design assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments to evaluate learner progress.


Support trainees in developing SAS programming skills for clinical trials data analysis.


Collaborate with the training team to continuously update course materials.


Required Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field.


14+ years of professional experience in clinical data analysis, programming, and reporting in a CRO environment.


Proven experience in conducting SAS training sessions for clinical data professionals.


Proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/STAT, and SAS/GRAPH.


In-depth understanding of CDISC standards, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLFs.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
