Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Program Manager to join our team in Keller, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations in overseeing the day-to-day clinical and administrative functions of the PHP/IOP programs at the Keller site.
- Provide leadership support to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff coordination, documentation compliance, and clinical excellence.
- Help monitor and maintain census, schedules, and appropriate staff-to-patient ratios.
- Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical documentation standards.
- Participate in team meetings and treatment planning processes to ensure high-quality, individualized patient care.
- Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and supporting clinical and support staff in their professional development.
- Coordinate with intake and marketing teams to support referrals, admissions, and census growth.
- Help address and resolve clinical and operational challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
- Active licensure in the state of Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.
- Minimum of 1 year in a lead, supervisory, or management role required.
- Understanding of PHP and IOP levels of care and their clinical and operational requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and leadership.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation best practices.
