Summary

State Hospital - Jamestown, ND - Clinical Program Manager Ensure efficient workflow and delivery of high-quality patient care as a Program Manager for ND State Hospital. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will manage clinical operations, staff and programming such as group therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary to meet patient needs. You will also oversee the clinic's budget, monitor financial reports and identify opportunities for costs savings will maintaining alignment with organizational goals. You will lead efforts in quality assurance and advocate for patients, addressing concerns and collaborating with community resources to ensure continuity of care after discharge. To thrive in this position, you must have a patient-centered approach, focusing on dignity, respect and recovery goals. You demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and are proficient in electronic health records and healthcare management systems. To be considered for the Clinical Program Manager position, you must have a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or a related field, along with a current clinical license (LCSW, LPC, RN, etc.) AND a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role. About NDSH: The North Dakota State Hospital (NDSH), located in Jamestown, is a specialized psychiatric hospital that serves the whole state. Services focus on psychiatric rehabilitation, residential substance use disorders treatment, and residential treatment for sexually dangerous individuals.
