Ettie Lee Youth & Family Services has served the complex needs of at-risk youth with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families throughout Southern California for nearly 70 years. Ettie Lee is nationally accredited, licensed by the California Department of Social Services, and is certified by the San Bernardino Department of Behavioral Health. The Agency comprises of several programs, such as Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP), Community-Based Therapeutic Services and Foster Care/Adoptions. At this time, Ettie Lee is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for its STRTP.

The Position:
The Clinical Program Manager will work with at-risk youth and their families youth placed in a 24/7 residential setting by Children and Family Services (CFS)/Probation. If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of youth, families and the community, this position may be right for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as Head of Service for County Mental Health Contracts.
Provides Clinical Supervision (if applicable) and training to Interns and Trainees.
Facilitates and leads Therapists meetings.
Participates in Inter-disciplinary Treatment Team planning meetings.
Provides knowledge and skills to Residential Counselors, Therapists, and Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists to directly impact the treatment of children.
Provides knowledge and skills to Residential Counselors, Therapists, and Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists to directly impact the treatment of children.
Monitors and supervises the development and implementation of treatment/case plans aftercare plans and assessment of changing needs of children.
Monitors Clinical Documentation in children case files.
Works as a part of a treatment team to approve placement and discharge of children to the Group Home and Mental Health Programs.
Assists in the development of the needs and service plan; develops a discharge plan; assesses changing needs of children.
Provides direct therapeutic services (when applicable) and monitors services of mental health providers to children.
Supervises and monitors crisis intervention and coordinates children’s hospitalization, including after-hours and weekend telephone consultation and on-site support as assessed.
Conducts mental health services providing accepted Evidenced Based Models, when applicable.
Provides clinical documentation of all direct services to children, when applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
Licensed MFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, physical exam and have a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of experience in the delivery of therapeutic services to children in residential placement and their families or equivalent.
One year of experience in clinical supervision or equivalent.
One year of administrative supervision experience or equivalent.
Schedule Expectations:
Flexible schedule depending on the needs of the program.
May include occasional evening and weekend hours.

Location: Travel between other work sites. This may include Fontana, Bloomington, Redlands and Pomona.
