Summary: A mission-aligned leadership opportunity for a licensed clinician ready to make a powerful impact in addiction recovery and behavioral health. This role oversees clinical operations for a detox program serving clients with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health needs, and complex life circumstances. It’s ideal for an LCSW or LMFT who thrives in collaborative environments, values trauma-informed care, and is passionate about leading teams that deliver culturally responsive, high-quality services every day.What You’ll Do: • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams delivering trauma-informed clinical and medical care • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows to ensure daily continuity and team success • Enforce adherence to clinical standards, detox procedures, and medication management protocols • Manage clinical performance through coaching, evaluations, and development planning • Coordinate with medical partners and external providers for integrated client care • Ensure timely documentation, QA compliance, and readiness for audits and billing review • Support client crisis response and serve as a leader in emergency or escalation situations • Drive continuous improvement in team culture, service delivery, and client outcomesExperience You’ll Need: • Active California license as an LCSW or LMFT • 3+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or mental health settings • Deep experience working with clients experiencing substance use disorders, trauma, homelessness, or justice involvement • Strong understanding of clinical supervision, team leadership, and regulatory compliance • Familiarity with EMRs, treatment planning, and utilization review processes • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and mission-driven careWhy Join: • High-impact leadership role supporting vulnerable populations in recovery • Collaborate with passionate professionals in a values-driven, mission-first environment • Shape clinical excellence and drive real outcomes in a nationally recognized detox program • Opportunity to mentor, develop others, and grow in a purpose-filled organization • Onsite role with meaningful day-to-day interaction and visibility across teams Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
