A global biopharma is hiring for a Manager of Clinical Operations to oversee global trials and manage junior direct reports. You will be responsible for all aspects of global trial management, including managing budgets, CROs & vendors. This does not equate to a Clinical Trial Manager and is a much more senior position.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team activities, optimizing resources and CRO engagement.
• Provide strategic input and oversee clinical trials.
• Manage CRO/vendor selection, operational activities, and performance metrics.
• Oversee CTAs & Clinical Trial Specialists.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience with a Pharma or CRO.
• 4+ years of direct clinical trial management experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
