Were seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Clinical Operations Manager In-House Coordinators to provide exceptional leadership and support to our team of In-House Coordinators. Position Summary: The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for the development, supervision, and performance oversight of the In-House Coordinators. This leadership role focuses on optimizing organ and tissue donation strategies across our LifeShare service area by collaborating closely with Hospital Development and Family Services leadership. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic blend of clinical expertise, a passion for education, and proven leadership skills. What Youll Do: Inspire, coach, and mentor In-House Coordinators to excel in their roles, ensuring consistent messaging and streamlined processes. Serve as a professional resource to hospital partners and lead efforts to maintain effective donor referral and donation processes. Partner with Hospital Development staff to enhance organ and tissue donation rates through effective strategies, education, and compliance with CMS standards. Conduct field visits, training, and in-service support at hospitals, representing LifeShare and promoting positive partnerships with hospital administrators and staff. Guide staff in presenting the option of donation to legal next-of-kin with sensitivity and expertise. Oversee staff performance, provide competency assessments, and ensure ongoing education and development opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, programs, and training materials that elevate our mission and drive our goals. What Youll Bring: Bachelors degree in nursing, biological sciences, or a related health field required. Masters degree preferred. Two years of healthcare experience preferred, with a focus on critical care. Leadership experience in managing teams or projects in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and foster cross departmental relationships with nurses and physicians in a healthcare setting. Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills with a talent for inspiring and motivating others towards a common goal. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail. Preferably Comprehensive knowledge of Gift Law, OPO, AATB requirements, and the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (UAGA). Why LifeShare?
