Joining our Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will support the Clinical Operations division of Better Rehab, including Regional Managers, Site Team Leaders and Allied Health Assistants.

This exciting new role ensures the efficacy & efficiency of processes and policies that support the growth and sustainability of Better Rehab’s Clinical Operations. The Clinical Operations Manager works with the clinical teams to ensure a balance of consistency across our clinical services, collaborates with Operational Heads of Department to ensure existing and new processes are effective, as well as working with other Senior Leaders to develop and deliver projects that drive towards Better Rehab’s strategic goals.


Day-to-day You Will

  • Directly supervise Regional Managers to manage the day-to-day requirements of their roles and responsibilities.
  • In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team, participate in the strategic planning sessions of the organization.
  • With guidance & coaching from the Executive General Manager, support Regional Managers to achieve their organizationally aligned goals for their respective regions.
  • Manage performance and monitor the utilization of Allied Health Assistants to ensure effective support for the sites, and quality clinical outcomes for participants.
  • In conjunction with the Regional Managers, ensure effective management of Allied Health Assistants and performance of the Allied Health Assistant cohort.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team, to deliver on projects that achieve the strategic goals of Better Rehab.
  • Ensure training & resources are adequate to enable effective management of sites and regions by the Clin Ops Dept.
  • Report on initiatives, progress and performance updates to the Executive GM and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to ensure data driven management of the Clin Ops team.

About You

As well as being an exceptional communicator and team player, you will also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Allied Health Profession
  • Tertiary qualification in healthcare management, business administration or similar highly regarded
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within healthcare, or an allied health service
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects
  • Change management experience
  • Proficiency with data analytics
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
