Job Summary and Qualifications The Point of Care Coordinator is responsible for the direction, planning, development, coordination, and monitoring of all activities associated with POCT (Point of Care Testing) in Good Samaritan and Mission Oaks Hospitals. What qualifications you will need: * Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience * Valid State of California license: Clinical Laboratory Scientist * Comprehensive knowledge of procedures, policies and equipment with regard to POCT. * Comprehensive knowledge of general laboratory technical and non-technical principles, practices and techniques. * Strong interpersonal skills to interface with physicians, hospital administrators, POCT testing personnel.
