Job Description

We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team. The Clinical EMR and Integrations Specialist will be responsible for supporting Ivy Rehab Users while using our EMR. Additionally, this person will be providing front line support and solutions to Ivy Rehab new partners during integrations as they come over to the Ivy systems.

This position allows for remote work with some travel required for business meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Listen and respond to issues from all users and offer solutions. This position will focus on supporting the clinicians
  • Work closely with the Ivy EMR team to stay updated on product knowledge and informed on system changes and/or updates
  • Monitor and audit Ivy’s EMR for correct usage with all new partnerships
  • Support clinical users remotely and in person during integrations
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to questions
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • One year of Raintree experience preferred
  • Trained in support knowledge
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work with teammates who have different skill levels and adapt to their needs
  • Ability to problem solve
  • One year of clinical experience (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP preferred)

Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000.00 - $98,000.00 based on experience.
