Job Description:
The Clinical Data Analyst is expected to aggregate, manage, and manipulate large data files, as
well as develop and manage necessary reports and analyses for the Clinically Integrated
Network (CIN). This role will support the overarching data and finance strategy for a large
network of over 500 providers in the Northwest Arkansas area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Aggregate and maintain data from multiple sources/platforms
● Audit and validate the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data
● Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and data definitions
● Build and maintain ETL pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights that
support strategic decision-making
● Leverage SQL and Python to develop, optimize, and automate data workflows
● Transform complex data into digestible, actionable information and visualizations for key
stakeholders using tools like Tableau
● Perform qualitative, quantitative, trend, and predictive analysis
● Identify performance improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
● Conduct financial and performance analysis at both network and provider levels
● Assist with the development and execution of the revenue distribution process
● Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using SQL
● Research and reconcile data discrepancies across various sources
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in information systems, data analytics, health informatics, computer
science, or related field preferred
● Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and performance tuning
● Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
● Preferred knowledge of Python for data transformation and automation
● Experience with ETL tools, such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
● Soft skills such as the ability to think critically, problem solve, and pay close attention to
detail
● Familiarity with working in healthcare data environments and handling PHI is a plus
