Well established, busy pain management practice with multiple locations looking for a clinic supervisor that has a lot of experience with workers’ compensation clinics. We are looking for someone well knowledgable in dealing with Workers’ Compensation patients and dealing with adjusters and attorneys. Someone that knows the medical aspects of the workers compensation system and handling Medico-legal cases like work comp and personal injury cases. You will also be supervising the clinic in the office and supervising medical assistants and midlevel providers and daily assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction. You will directly report to the practice manager and owner.
