Job Title: Remote Client Support Representative

Hourly Pay: $18 – $24/hour

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be responsible for answering questions, solving problems, and providing an excellent support experience. Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and care
  • Offer clear and effective support for questions related to our services or products
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues, guiding clients through steps
  • Accurately document client interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Help clients navigate services, account information, and available resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve client experience


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiar with basic support tools such as email platforms and chat systems
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus
