The Project Manager is responsible to develop and implement strategic initiatives by managing all aspects of project deployment. This includes creating detailed project plans, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts by participating in all stages of deployment, including product research, vendor selection and contracting, and testing—drawing on broad experience and knowledge.
• Assemble and guide project teams, creating detailed project schedules to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of short- and long-term goals, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and functional area leadership to ensure alignment and communication.
• Conduct periodic cost and productivity analyses to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Project Management is required.
• PMP certification (or meets pre-certification requirements) is required; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical skills: ability to define problems, gather and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level)
