Make outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and promote our products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Upsell fintech products and services to customers as appropriate
Identifying new business opportunities by cross-selling products like Mutual funds, ETFs.
Following the internal sales process by updating all the activities in online system.
Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
