What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the process of customer on-boarding (post sales) into management of account
  • Maintain revenues from assigned clients and further penetrate the client account by offering additional solutions and products
  • Ensure that all compliance issues are identified and communicated to client
  • Handle cancellations, credits and refund requests of Product / Platform / Report migration strategies
  • Drive overall customer usage through recommendation of training sessions and additional solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years related experience in account management, client success, and/or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional phone demeanor
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
  • Knowledge of front-end systems
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge or experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
