I’m helping Cannabud Marketing find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Client Success Manager.


This is a cool job because you’ll get to cultivate client success in impactful SEO projects within the cannabis industry.


Compensation:

USD 1.8K/month.


Location:

Remote (anywhere).

  • You are proficient in CRM (Client Relationship Management), customer service, project management, and wordPress.
  • English - Fully fluent.


Responsibilities and more:

Since you will be our Client Success Manager, you have a very important role of communicating with our existing clients and managing client relationships on SEO projects.


You will be doing a number of things:

  • Have meetings with our clients to update them on SEO progress and answer questions.
  • Communicate with our SEO team who will implement the SEO work (you won’t implement the work, I already have strong SEO team members who are responsible for that).
  • Retention of client accounts through review of campaign set up, campaign management and execution of consistent customer service.
  • Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics.
  • Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts.
  • Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received.
  • And many other things that may pop up in the digital marketing world!.


Skills Required:

  • Communication,Organization & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable conducting business conversations via web video chat meetings on a daily basis.
  • Outstanding follow up and follow through.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective time management and personal accountability.
  • Must be great with people: you are able to build strong client relationships.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Skilled in providing simplified explanations to complex or complicated concepts.


Technical Skills:

  • Have some knowledge of SEO to be able to answer client questions and provide client updates.
  • Familiar with various CMS such as wordpress, Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.
  • Comfortable meeting via ZOOM & other online meeting platforms with webcam on.
  • Proficient use of Google Drive applications including Docs & Sheets.
  • You must have a reliable high speed internet connection and an HD webcam for this role.
