Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager with strong experience in the event or advertising industry to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, highly organized, and passionate about delivering unforgettable campaigns and experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact between Trzy and its clients—owning relationships end-to-end
• New buisness development and getting new corporate clients on board
• Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic proposals
• Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and expectations for each project
• Liaise with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Anticipate client needs, solve problems quickly, and ensure overall client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Keep project documentation, reports, and follow-ups updated and organized

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing within the events, media, or advertising space
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and fast-moving projects
• A knack for handling high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise
• Good understanding of event execution, film marketing, or brand activations is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven

Bonus Points

• Experience working on film promotions, celebrity events, or media campaigns
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C client management
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, project trackers, and CRMs
