Now, we’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our creative teams and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables efficiently.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback and maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in strategy discussions and offer creative input to enhance campaign success.
• Handle multiple client accounts and ensure each project aligns with brand goals and guidelines.
• Address concerns proactively and offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're a people person!
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and design processes.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
