Open Creatives, a leading advertising and brand communications agency in Kochi, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the execution of multiple campaigns across various advertising mediums, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Strategic Support: Work closely with management and internal teams to meet client objectives and revenue goals.
• Client Communication: Participate in client meetings, present ideas effectively, and actively engage with client feedback to refine campaign strategies.
• Email & Query Handling: Respond promptly to client emails, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest advertising trends across print, digital, display, and video advertising.

Requirements :

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency is preferred, with exposure to brand management and marketing roles.
• Education: MBA is a must.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of print, digital, display, and video advertising.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English, presentation abilities, and project coordination skills.
• Client Handling: Prior experience in dealing with clients, supporting brand managers, and coordinating marketing strategies is an added advantage.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
