Summary

Planet Nine is seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, leading and developing a high-performing

team, and ensuring the safe and efficient operations of an international floating fleet of aircraft.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage

resources effectively while driving continuous improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily dispatch for all aircraft in the fleet.

• Identify and mitigate risks or potential operational issues i.e. fleet optimization and

crew duty.

• Communicate with other departments any operational needs or concerns

• Assist in problem solving with any operational hiccups.

• Communicate with clients for trip related updates and needs

• Input relevant trip details into scheduling software

• Maintains the employee schedule, including PTO / Sick time coverage.

• Completes quarterly 1 on 1’s with the team.

• Develop and update internal processes and workflows to improve team efficiency

• Maintain regulatory compliance with various agencies – CBP, TSA etc

• Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as

needed to support team and organizational goals


Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to analyze complex data and make decision based on operational needs and

safety considerations.

• Proficiency in aviation management software (FOS) and flight tracking systems.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and

compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


Education and Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Part 135 flight operations, including at least 2 years

in a supervisory or management role.

• In-Depth knowledge of FAR Part 135 regulations, worldwide flight operations, and

safety management systems.

• Experience working with flight crews, maintenance, sales and operations departments.
