Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Brisbane . The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing outstanding customer service, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring client feedback, and maintaining a high standard of client communication. This role also includes analyzing customer data to improve services and processes.
