Job Title: Client Success Manager (CSM)

Location: Remote – Must reside in the Greater Austin, TX area

Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team.
  • This is a remote position for candidates based in the Greater Austin, TX area. As a CSM, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and its clients, ensuring successful staffing outcomes, operational excellence, and long-term relationship growth.
  • This role requires strong experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) program collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand and align with clients’ staffing needs, talent strategies, and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, issue resolution, and performance updates.
  • Travel 2–3 times per quarter within the U.S. for relationship-building and business reviews.

Candidate Placement Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process for staff augmentation and direct hire roles.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Address and resolve any placement-related issues in partnership with the employee care team.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to clients and leadership.

VMS & MSP Collaboration

  • Utilize VMS platforms to manage requisitions, track placements, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Partner with MSP program offices to optimize program performance and ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on VMS tools, best practices, and reporting standards.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions and client success initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and internal operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in service delivery and workflow optimization.
  • Track KPIs such as fill rate, response time, and candidate retention to drive performance.

Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to support account growth and saturation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand service offerings and grow revenue streams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering insights and staffing solutions that add value.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or business development in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Hands-on experience with VMS tools and working within MSP frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required (2–3 trips per quarter).
