We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Director with over ten years of proven expertise in leading teams, overseeing campaigns from conceptualization to delivery to the client, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams such as client servicing, art directors, copywriters, designers, and other creative specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and also support the company’s vision and mission.
Additionally, a strong connection to traditional Indian values and cultural sensibilities is essential, as we seek to create campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences while staying true to our rich heritage. Key Responsibilities:
Process, Systems, and Quality Control
- Optimize internal processes to drive efficiency and enhance output.
- Design and implement robust project workflows and approval frameworks.
- Establish stringent quality assurance protocols across all deliverables.
Business Development
- Uncover growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Take ownership of new business pitches and lead them to successful outcomes.
- Develop persuasive proposals and engaging pitch decks that win clients.
- Play an active role in shaping and executing the agency’s strategic growth initiatives.
- Craft tailored, results-driven proposals that resonate with client objectives.
Industry Awareness & Innovation
- Stay at the forefront of media trends, technological advancements, and evolving consumer behaviours.
- Translate industry insights into actionable ideas for both, for clients as well as for internal teams.
Team Management & Leadership
- Inspire, guide, and empower account teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring optimal workload distribution.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and seamless onboarding of new team members.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Lead the creation and oversight of account budgets, aligning them with business goals.
- Ensure account profitability through strategic resource allocation and cost control.
- Negotiate contracts and clearly define scopes of work in client agreements.
- Approve all estimates, SOWs, and billing documents to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
Campaign Execution & Oversight
- Direct end-to-end campaign management, from planning through execution.
- Supervise the development of precise, insightful creative briefs.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines before delivery.
- Uphold high standards in every deliverable, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and quality.
- Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and production teams to achieve campaign excellence.
Digital Landscape & Integration
- Remain ahead of the curve on digital innovation, including platforms like social, programmatic, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing.
- Advise clients on optimal digital strategies aligned with business and campaign goals.
- Integrate digital tactics into overarching marketing strategies for cohesive, cross-platform execution.
- Partner with digital, media, and performance teams to champion data-led decision-making.
- Analyse key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement, etc.) to drive campaign optimization.
- Map and influence the digital customer journey for maximum impact.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms to monitor and refine digital efforts.
