Job Description:
-Provide analytic support for reporting and documenting client services activities.
-Work with internal clients to clarify goals and expectations, identify potential problems, and suggest solutions as new products or changes to products are onboarded into the system.
-Review and troubleshoot, various processes and procedures of the department's operation and give directions on ways to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction levels.
-Work with Accounts Receivable on research, adjustments, and monitoring of payment activities in the system.
-Financial reconciliation of discrepancies of credit card transactions and request for audit documentation.
-Management of General Ledger master table as accounting updates are received, or new products are added.
-Assist in daily activities of the client services department as needed.
-Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
-Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every interaction.
-Handle special projects as assigned.
-Perform other job duties as assigned.
-Possess good work habits and continuously meet attendance expectations
Qualifications:
-4 year college degree in business or 5+ years of relevant client service experience
-Superior verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note, Teams) skills
-Experience with the fulfillment or accounting systems
-Able to understand basic accounting functions
-Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy
-Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Effective professional verbal communication skills
-Understands the need for and readily accepts continuous performance feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
