We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Client Services Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in our Vaughan, Ontario office! This full-time, hybrid role supports print production, promotional product orders—perfect for someone with print shop experience who thrives in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support print production (screen printing, heat transfers, bindery, finishing)
• Key in orders and write accurate purchase orders (POs)
• Communicate with co-workers, clients and vendors via Outlook/email and phone
• Handle QuickBooks entries and some administrative support
• Assist with signage/vinyl installs and physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs)
• Contribute across various areas of print and promotional products company
• Other print and promotional product supports as needed

Requirements:

• Print shop experience (1-3 years – mandatory, no exceptions)
• Exceptional attention to detail – no errors
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Outlook/email and QuickBooks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be hands-on when needed
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
