Are you a self-starter and team player? We’re looking to hire a Client Service Summer Support Key Responsibilities: Act as a secondary point of contact for the Manager, Client Services throughout the relocation process Draft professional, accurate, and courteous e-mail correspondence Request pricing as needed from 3rd party vendors and arrange service requirements Complete client check-in calls and follow up on move requirements such as timelines, survey results, special requests, etc. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to address service requirements and facilitate a seamless relocation experience Be knowledgeable about QMM, relocation processes, customs requirements for cross border moves and account contracts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal systems, including entering new initiations, updating account authorizations, and updating client move requirements Schedule introduction calls and virtual survey appointments Complete and update daily tasks Provide timely updates to our corporate clients and the customers moving via email (respond to all emails/voicemails within 2 hours or immediately upon the next business day if received after business hours) Upload client communication and documentation to corresponding network folders on the company’s shared drive Assist with reporting and data analysis to track key performance indicators and improve service delivery requirements Monitor phone lines and e-mail inboxes for the Manager, Client Services, while they are in meetings and/or out of office Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Manager, Client Services and the overall function of Client Services This is a contract position with full time hours during the summer season and part-time in September. Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-04-07
