DFW Textile Sourcing is a luxury rug company specializing in custom, hand-knotted rugs made with 100% wool and natural dyes. We work closely with interior designers and discerning homeowners to deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind pieces.


We’re looking for a part-time Customer Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and personable, with an eye for design and a love of beautiful interiors.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in our Dallas showroom in the Design District by greeting clients and keeping samples organized
  • Pack and ship rugs to designers and clients nationwide
  • Respond promptly to customer and trade inquiries via phone and email
  • Track and follow up on rug sample returns
  • Help maintain an elevated and professional showroom environment
  • Support the owner with day-to-day coordination tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of home/interior design is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is preferred


Schedule:

  • Part-time and flexible, 15–20 hours per week
  • On-site at our Dallas showroom and remote
  • Flexible hours, with some weekday availability preferred
