ROLE DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking a full-time Client Services Associate (CSA) Level II to deliver exceptional administrative and client support, ensuring all advisory team members can focus on providing advice and growing client relationships. 

 

This position is ideal for someone with experience in financial services who aspires to advance into a paraplanner role and, ultimately, an advisory position. 

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Client Service Support: Collaborate with the advisory team to deliver a personalized and proactive client experience. 
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of client meetings and prepare confirmations, ensuring all parties are aligned. 
  • CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update client records in the CRM system and track outstanding client activities and ensure tasks are completed on time. 
  • Implementation Support: Prepare and submit documentation to implement client financial plans. Coordinate with clients, advisors, and custodians to ensure smooth execution of recommendations. 
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and financial services knowledge. 

 

 KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
  • Familiarity with CRM platform and scheduling software 
  • Basic understanding of financial planning and investment services (or a willingness to learn)

EXPERIENCE 

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with a wealth management firm 


PAY 

  • Annual Salary of $48,600-$72,900, based on experience. 
  • Quarterly Team-Based Compensation
