Are you the go-to person for keeping things organised, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service? We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Client Services Assistant to be the face and force behind an exceptional client experience!


You’ll be more than just admin support — you’ll be a key part of our team, working closely with clients and the Managing Partner to ensure seamless service, smooth operations, and strong client relationships.


💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for client enquiries
  • Manage client communications (inbound & outbound calls, video meetings)
  • Support the Managing Partner with diary scheduling and admin
  • Handle ATO, ASIC, and SMSF-related administration
  • Coordinate client onboarding and year-end document collation
  • Assist with BAS lodgements, ITR processing, and bookkeeping
  • Keep our client database up to date and compliant


🎯 What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of admin experience in a public accounting firm
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
  • A problem-solver who works well independently and in a team
