Job Overview

The Client Services Representative (CSR) plays a key role in managing and nurturing house accounts to ensure account growth, client satisfaction, and efficient service delivery. This position reports to the Head of Client Services and is essential in handling inbound requests, tracking revenue, and supporting the onboarding of new house accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service across all client interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for house accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Manage inbound requests from house accounts promptly and professionally
  • Support the onboarding of new house accounts by coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and service setup
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM tools, such as HubSpot
  • Monitor and analyze revenue from house accounts, reporting on trends and performance to identify growth opportunities, mitigate churn risk and sell new services
  • Develop nurturing marketing campaigns to engage and retain house accounts
  • Complete tasks and assignments on time with a customer-centric focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Support Client Services team in daily tasks as needed

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Experience in the translation, interpreting, or localization industry is a plus
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service and client communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to respond to client needs promptly and professionally
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated
